As for breakfast !!! So delicious . I had it only once but, unfortunately could not go for it on the next visit. The reason being the old lady chef who is serving in the kitchen. She is so impatient, so unkind and making one to feel like she is doing you a favor by serving you. If she was not an old woman, I would say she is arrogant. So short tempered. I decided not to include breakfast during my second visit because of her attitude when she speaks to us when serving. She unnecessarily raises up her voice, looks at you with a very unpleasant attitude and so-so short tempered, if she is not hearing you well when placing an order. May you therefore, kindly address that and she must be made aware that whenever she is serving us , she is not doing us any favor because we pay for the service which also caters for her income. Perhaps she suffers from old age "disorder". Thank you!!!

My room was a non-smoking room on the ground floor. This was most convenient given that I ran the Kaapsehoop Marathon and my legs were very sore afterwards. The room was clean with tea/coffee making facilities and fairly well sized. There was a vending machine in the lobby and drinking water available on tap. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very welcoming - the receptionist Quiet was very very nice and explained everything to us fully in a manner we could understand. She was sooo kind.

From the moment you arrive the premises are well kept, very clean and tidy, beautiful gardens. The reception/check in staff were fast, efficient and very friendly. Rooms spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast very nice. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and by greeted by friendly smiling faces at the breakfast. Well done to the management and staff all very professional, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay at Town Lodge Mbombela.

The stuff in all of their departments, starting from the receptionists to the cleaning stuff were very friendly and very accommodative. They did their job with a smile and they would do anything you ask of them with a positive attitude

I loved the staff more than anything else, especially the restaurant staff. Extremely friendly, made us feel at home. The security from the entrance was also exceptional, I loved the way they made sure to check who was driving in and out by scanning & checking licenses. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were always supplied with necessities.

The breakfast is wonderful because is buff you can eat what you need and is in good location, There are shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby, it is also close to the city center and the mall.

We only stayed for one night, but our stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom was clean, and the tea and coffee making facilities were good. The restaurant area looked inviting, but we didn't get the opportunity to try an evening meal or breakfast.

The staff were great and so friendly and accommodating. Loved the rooms, they smelled so fresh and were very clean. Also definitely recommend the food here, it's delicious!
